1. Descriptions:
HPL honeycomb panel has good decorative properties, and is
especially suitable for marine applications, such as ship interior
decoration. Various panel thicknesses can be customized, and the
common thicknesses are 5mm, 10mm, 15mm, 20mm, 25mm and 30mm.
Standard honeycomb panel size is 4 feet × 8 feet, 1220 × 2440mm.
HPL honeycomb panel is a composite material made by laminating two
aluminum panels, with aluminum honeycomb core inside the aluminum
panel. The laminated aluminum honeycomb panel is specially designed
and manufactured for the decoration of ships, commercial ships,
yachts, etc. HPL aluminum honeycomb panel can be single-sided or
double-sided laminated. The most commonly used laminate is FORMICA
or WILSONART
